Patrick Roscoe is renowned for performances of his fiction which serve as a dramatic alternative to an author reading. (Some of his stories, written in monologue form, are intended for the stage as much as for the page from the start.)

Patrick Roscoe has performed his fiction at the Edinburgh Festival, the Victoria Manuel-Life Literary Festival, the Harbourfront Centre Reading Series (Toronto), Theatre Passe Muraille (Toronto), and at bookstores, libraries and arts centres throughout Canada and the US.

Performances are shaped, in length and content and mood, to meet the needs of venue, audience and occasion.

Canada Council for the Arts funding is available for Patrick Roscoe performances.
